Equity in the Workplace Initiative
We are dedicated to fostering inclusive and equitable work environments through our “Equity in the Workplace Initiative.”
This initiative is designed to support BIPOC individuals, (including those in residency programs), who are experiencing hostile racial discrimination in their workplaces.
Our goal is to empower you by helping you understand your rights, coaching you on how to take legal action, and providing financial assistance with legal fees. Additionally, we advocate for political action to strengthen laws surrounding workplace abuse and trauma, ensuring long-lasting systemic change.
We believe that no one should have to endure an abusive work environment. Our initiative is here to support you in standing up against discrimination and finding workplaces where you are respected and valued.
